General Return Policy:

You must be completely satisfied. We will accept unopened items for return credit on invoices dated within 30 days. Please call us for an RMA at 1-800-248-8872. If you order the wrong item, you may send the item back within 14 days with no restocking fee. One exception is special orders, which are not returnable. We also cannot take back ink, paint, or chemicals which have been opened unless the product was defective.

　On UPS Orders:

We will pay the freight charges for returned items if you received something you did not order or if the product was defective. If the item was something you ordered but did not need, you will be responsible for all freight charges for the delivery and the return. If the product was defective or not up to your specifications, we will pay both the original freight charges and the return UPS fees by applying a credit.

　For Our Delivery Route Customers:

We guarantee all the products we sell. If you are unhappy with any product you ordered, simply return it on the next delivery truck and we will issue you full credit for any charges you incurred.
